Growing out of the MIT Center for Organizational Learning, the Presencing Institute (PI) was founded to develop the theory and practice of systems transformation and to support individuals, organizations and multi-sector groups to bring about change in their own contexts.
PI supports organizations, businesses and governments to make the transformations that will allow them to achieve their highest future potential.
PI works with each organization to co-design processes that shift the behaviours and practices within teams and with key stakeholders in order to generate better results for everyone, and allowing them to lead from the future as it emerges.
WHAT WE OFFER
PI supports institutions, companies, governments, multi-lateral organizations and cross-sector groups to strengthen their capacities for leading system transformation, and achieving greater impact in their work. For example, PI is supporting the United Nations’ leadership teams in 26 countries to help realize the Sustainable Development Goals.
